We are excited to announce that the official transition from Dr. Nina Pediatrics to Pediatric Providers is now underway. This is a meaningful milestone for our practice and for every family we serve. While the name is changing, our commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care remains the same.
For families who have been with us for years and for those who joined more recently, we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect during this transition and what steps you may need to take.
What Is Changing
Pediatric Providers will be the official practice caring for all current patients. Here are the key changes to be aware of:
Practice name: The office will now operate under the name Pediatric Providers.
New patient registration forms: All existing families will need to complete new registration forms. These forms help us make sure your child’s records, emergency contacts, insurance information, and medical history are up to date. You can request the forms at your next visit or call our office to have them sent to you ahead of time.
Insurance updates: We have worked hard to maintain partnerships with the majority of insurance providers. However, some plans may have changed. Please check our website at pediatricproviders.com for the most up-to-date list of accepted insurance plans. If you need to switch your insurance to stay with our practice, our team is happy to help you navigate that process. For more information, please see our earlier blog post on navigating insurance apps and how to make the most of your insurance tools.
What Is Staying the Same
Office location: 4000 Old Court Road, Suite 205, Pikesville, MD 21208
Phone number: (410) 484-9950
Office hours: Our hours currently remain unchanged.
Our staff: All of our wonderful team members will continue to be here for you.
Same quality of care: We continue to provide primary care for children from birth through 21 years of age, including well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and more.
Saying Goodbye to Dr. Nina
Many of your families have built a deep and trusting relationship with Dr. Nina Kashtelyan over the past 30 years. We understand how meaningful that bond is. Dr. Nina will continue to be in the office this summer and will be slowly transitioning out of the practice by SeptembeR.
If you or your child would like to stop by and say goodbye, there will be opportunities to do so during the summer months. Please call our office if you do not have an appointment this summer already and would like to do so.
What You Can Do Now
Complete your new registration forms: These are posted on the website. You may also call the office to have them sent to you.
Verify your insurance: Check our website for the current list of accepted plans. If your plan is no longer listed, contact us and we will help you explore your options.
Update your contact information: Make sure we have the correct phone number, address, and emergency contact information on file.
Schedule your child’s next visit: If your child is due for a well-child visit or immunizations, now is a great time to book an appointment.
We are so grateful for the trust your families have placed in this practice. This transition marks an exciting new beginning, and we are here for every step of it. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
